Really nice looking, I would recomend for usability that you break them in too two files and remove the shadow by the wheels. Most clipart users are not going to know how to use only one of them and at middle sizes the shadow can become a distraction.

The coloring definitely brings some life into what was otherwise a rather flat piece. My only thought is that the shadows don't look quite correct, but with no other strong lighting on the rest of the piece, I don't know that there is a better way to put them. Adding some shine and a less severe angle to the lighting/shadows could bring a really dynamic feel to this.
