I'm not the artist who made this drawing, but I will answer: just insert the resolution in the "Type resolution of bitmap" box above - default=800 - bigger is better but larger filesize. Click on PNG and the final image will appear on screen. Then right click over the image and choose something like "Save image as..." Give it a name and save in any folder you want. After these steps, open the image with Gimp. Ok!
