It does look like that. However, I have had a quick peek at gravityx9's website and read up about them. They seem to be legitimately using the public domain clipart in a way that is supposed to be. :) So it is great seeing what people come up with.

I think they know how to use html and have made a smart idea for using the clipart provided. There's link-backs, credits, and everything. Well done gravityx9. Smart thinking.
