I've had a look at the Windows Media Player (Windows 7) and although this button looks similar, there are significant differences. For example, the gradient isn't radial from a single spot (it fades up from the bottom) and there's a more pronounced bevel around the edge. It's probably different enough not to fall foul of copyright (though the name could be changed!).

As I'm not sure of the copyright nature of this clipart, I'm marking it as pd_issue, but not hiding it. Thanks for this fantastic piece. (I hope it turns out to be PD!)
