Samples I Used

rejon uploaded the silhouette.

Original Samples

The starburst and the gradients.

Somewhere there i think i simplified the nodes in the silhouette.

duplicated the somewhere silhouette and flipped it.

Process

Creating the starburst shape:

1. The starburst was done with the star tool set to 3 spokes and polygon option checked.

2. I drew a triangle with one edge flat along an axis.

3. then stretched the triangle so that it was long and thin.

4. I moved the centerpoint + to the farthest tip of the triangle then clicked and rotated holding the control key to perserve the angle.

5. At every 2nd angle while still rotating I pressed space to drop a copy of the shape until i formed a complete star.

Other Notes

A very fast remix.
