Thank you clue for an excellent cloud. Could you make more like it that aren't mirror images?
Process
The left road is a linked duplicate of the right road. It's a bunch of polygons snapped to a grid, with rectangles the color of the asphalt covering up parts of the lane markers to make them look likes dashes. Add in some gradients to the grass and sky and the clouds, blur the sun (the blurred edges of the sun may not show up in sub-par renderers or browsers), and there you have it.
