Process
A lot of fiddling. Used a single character from a PD font for the J, but customised that heavily by lenthening the top bar/serif a lot. Font for "super hero kids club" text is BeesKnees ITC so I converted the text to paths for OCAL.
Other Notes
All the guys who helped our kids club wore shirts with the transfer on it. We also used the outline version for name tags, but offset it to one corner and cropped so the name would fit - didn't use the colour version so the kids could colour it in themselves.
