In the SVG file the green star is not centered in the flag and this needs to be corrected (the preview png is fine though). Entry marked for cleanup.

It seems it only looks like that in the browser. When I download the file and open it in Inkscape, the star looks OK.

it did look fine in Inkscape but was in the wrong place in Illustrator too. So I fixed it and uploaded it as plain svg.
