Isn't the gnome logo copyrighted? I think that it cannot be released to PD with this entry. Marked for cleanup and PD issue.

is this a logo of Gnome? I don't see it on the site anywhere. Some of these old files from the old site are hard to judge, I know Jon wanted them all uploaded but some of the clearly were violations. I didn't know about this one.

The foot on the chest of this "incredible tux" is the foot logo used by the gnome foundation. I made a fast search on the matter and found on several gnome-related websites the following statement: "GNOME and the foot logo are trademarks of the GNOME Foundation". it can be found in the footer of www.gnome-look.org and java-gnome.sourceforge.net I will submit here a version without the foot logo and modify the tags accordingly.
