wonderful! i'd love to see that tutorial. also i'd like to develop the perspective on water by: a. scripting the scaling and distortion of objects as they recede into the distance. b. having tons of detail generated for the immediate foreground, and having that detail diminish with distance (i.e. layer by layer). i guess i'm talking about the algorithms used in tv cartoons; when details become too small to render clearly, they are intelligently ommitted.
