Nice piece of clipart, but there seem to be an embedded bitmap inside (should be the the shadow IOM). SVG files exported from illustrator often contain bitmaps. I marked this clipart for cleanup, we should be able to redraw the whole stuff in Inkscape :)

I didn't realize that. I can re-creat e the SVG and replace the drop shadow with vector shapes. I may download InkScape again, I noticed there is a new release out.

You definitely should try the new Inkscape 0.45 release. It has a new wonderfull BLUR feature that can help you create shadows, blurred vector objects, photorealistic stuff, all in vectors :)

New version is definitely sweet. However, I just tried to create a glossy globe.. looks fine in Inkscape.. saved it is all scattered about inside of Firefox or IE... Any suggestions on how to save the file from Inkscape .45 for upload here? Thanks!

Well the problem is actually not in Inkscape, but in Firefox and IE. SVG is still poorly supported in Firefox (the blur filter is not supported at all), and Adobe's plugin for IE is even worse... Actually the only browser to support svg filters is Opera (last version is 9.10). So to see SVG files in the best way possible in a browser, just install Opera. (www.opera.com)
