I wonder if we should set up a filter tab and put these all in one place? They are really more tools than clipart.

Cool, although I think that it would be better if the text doesn't disappear when over a transparent background. Perhaps by putting a blend with source alpha in-between the colour matrix and the compose filter.

I actually attempted to do this when creating the filter, but couldn't figure out how. Your tip worked perfectly. I've uploaded a new version with the blend filter between color matrix and composite that keeps the object from disappearing over a transparent background. Thanks.
