Just a happy girl waving, wearing a skirt, sandals, and a shirt with a heart on it. The way I built her in Inkscape, she's much like a puppet. So you can ungroup the different parts of the drawing and rotate them and group them back together if you like.

This is really nice and very clip-art style, which is good. OCAL needs this kind of reusable drawings as much as or maybe even more then great photo-realistic drawings.
