this is a quick tutorial that i did to demonstrate the process that i used to convert one of the happy faces from the worldlabel gift images.

Good idea, but I think it may be simpler: you can skip entirely the Gimp step, I made a simplified version: http://openclipart.org/cchost/media/files/nicubunu/344

cool, ill try your method. i tried to do it before with your steps on the mailing list, but it did not work for me. Ill try it now with your illistrated version :) thanks!
