New main pages in other languages

Hi Ryanlerch,

I'm no more on the OCAL mailing liste but I still continue to help OCAL.
I asked to users of wikipedia to come and help us. It's why you can see new main page.
For example, in my discussion page, Mimouni ask me to activate the tag for writing text right to the left.
I've sent a message to Bryce and hope it will be ok because for young artist from algeria, Morocco... they will not understand he arabic main page.

Hi Ryanlerch,
About "OpenClipart Community Page" on main page:

  1. It's change the organisation for all others main pages (others contributors will not come back to translate)
  2. I guess it's not beautiful to place it before links to others main pages in others languages. All URL should stay at the top.

I leave you made your preferred choice.
