Cleansing Toilet

I recently heard that toilets that cleanse your bottom parts are more common in Japan than in many other countries, or at least they are rather rare in North America? The most famous brand in Japan is called a washlet and a majority of toilets have some sort of cleansing function. The one I doodled here is a pretty simple old style version (the washing controls are on the arm on the side of this toilet).
