Rabbits and a Family

These creepy rabbits (one rides, the other is forced to pull) inhabit a world where they are bigger than the people. They appear to be the rulers, because the father figure lifts his hat in respect to the passing cart. And yet they must be somewhat benevolent because the family doesn't look that scared.
