Silhouette of the Soviet Tokarev Self-loading Rifle, Model of 1940 in 7.62x54R cartridge. Designed by Fedor Vasilievich Tokarev who received the Hero of Socialist Labor award in 1940 for his contributions to Soviet arms design in the "Great Patriotic War" (WWII).
