menu bar > Extensions > Render > L-system...

and set the following options...



Axiom: F-F-F-F

Rules: F=FF-F-F-F-FF

Order: 3

Step length: 30

Left and Right Angles = 90

Randomize step and angle options = 0.0



then click 'Apply'
