Japanese High school Boy in Uniform

This old public domain image was quite in a state of disrepair before I synthesized it for use here. It was all messed up and hard to see. Cleaning it up and making it available for use took a good hour or two, but I hope someone can use it! The lonely highschool boy looks out into the distance...
