Uncle Sam Behind Solider

Uncle Sam is standing behind a solider with his arms on his shoulders. From a pro-war point of view I guess this could look like support from Big Brother. From anti-war point of view, it could be Big Brother shoving the solider, against his will, into war. It's all about the point of view!
