This is actually from an old public domain picture from Lebanon of a man named Philippe de Tarrazi. I thought it was quite fitting as the stereotype of the stuffy rich male type. All the awards hanging off this guy, like some over decorated from-a-rich-family solider. Although, I'm sure the real guy was a nice guy.
