Man in a Cool Suit

This is the definition of 'cool cat'. This guy has a somewhat polkadot looking suit, cut just right. A nice hat casting shadows on his eyes, and even a cane in his hand. This is one refined gentleman. Kind of makes me think of a pimp or a gangster though. What's behind his back, a gun?
