Loopy Asian Dragon Frame

This loopy dragon (I mean, it is going around in loops!) could just be used as a design element (or something for Chinese New Year even!) but originally (over 100 years ago!) it was used as a frame, the loops of the dragon's tail being used to frame photos. Feel free to use it that way or any way you want!
