Homeless Man and Dragon

I'm not sure why this dragon is waiting outside the castle with this homeless giant. (I'm guessing that this man is a giant and not that the castle is super small, which could be the actual case I suppose.) I'm not sure why they are hanging out, but they seem to be enjoying life.
