Happy Cow

Another wonderful relic of the dusty corners of openclipart.org ... someone named natalii drew a funky patriotic cow for Columbia. I liked the cow, but thought a more general use 'cow cow' would be more useful, so I remixed it into a 'regular' smiling cow.
