no passing water(a bad example as a sign)

The sign which displays prohibiting passing water.

At first,I didn't mean to make any sign.

I was playing around with the image of the Manikin Pis statue with inkscape .

After all, it led to this clipart.

Note:　After I had uploaded this,I realized the mistake that the layer of the object to be prohibited is over the layer of the prohibiting sign. but I decided not delete this to detain as a bad example .
