Former PM Koizumi

Junichiro Koizumi was a former prime minister of Japan. He had a pretty long history and I thought it would be good to synthesize something for this openclipart project! (The original source was a public domain Whitehouse photo, edited to remove the hands of Bush--- literally and figuratively!)
