Boy Turtle and a Frog

If there is a big culture gap between most people now and those of a 100 years ago, I suppose it's the fact that boys could wear (and did wear) big huge ribbons like this without thinking it weird. I need this to be a thing again, could you imagine men walking around with a big ribbon like this? This needs to be a thing!
