Emblem of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs

This emblem of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (МВД Российской Федерации) is extracted from the "police badge" image and tagged so that users looking for a vector image of the emblem will be able to find it.



Since the original image was made for a black background, it had some empty spots that looked wrong on a white background. I've added a black outline to the whole image, so that it looks better on any background.
