IVSI with Integrated TCAS Commands

A realistic looking generic Instantaneous Vertical Speed Indicator (IVSI) like those used on older aircraft like the Boeing 757 and 767. Turning off the "LED Colored ring masks" layer reveals red and green Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) guidance arcs.
