Although I am pretty sure this wasn't the original intention, this political cartoon of Uncle Sam smoking what looks like a joint with two angry men and an hourglass seems to symbolize the impending legalization of Marijuana in the country of America. It's as if to say, it's inevitable, just a matter of time.
