How to use this file in Android?

Save as PNG from Ink-scape-> Import into 9-Patch tool in Android studio. Found in folder %Windows User name/AppData/Local/Android/SDK/Tools/draw9patch.bat

Draw the 9 patch(Free of bad patches), import into res/drawable folder of Andriod.
