Plasma Rings

Inspired by some recent uploads of spirograph images by https://openclipart.org/user-detail/7oanna to OCAL.

A spirograph pattern with some blue-greenish plasma flames and bubbles around. Looks best in Inkscape (browser doesn't support the filter fully). The last practice item I'm posting tonight :)
