The Muhammadi Mosque (Masjid Muhammadi) in Kota Bharu is the official state mosque of Kelantan, Malaysia. It was completed in 1931, replacing a wooden structure dating back to 1867. It is also known as Masjid Besar amongst locals.

The mosque is named after Sultan Mohammad IV (reigning 1900-1920), whose reign saw the transfer of Kelantan from Thai protection to British protection.
