The Benin Flag

As specified by the Constitution of the Republic of Benin: https://flagspot.net/flags/bj_const.html – that makes the green stripe 2/5 (40%) of the width of the flag, not just 1/3 (33.3%) as often shown incorrectly in clip art. Sadly, that includes the graphic I am uploading this as a remix of.
