The Dinka Flag

The flag of the Dinka people. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinka_people about the people and https://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinkovia about the flag. There does not seem to be a formal specification of the flag, but the colors appear to follow the 3:1:3:1:3 pattern, so that is what I used here.
