because in two days it is his birthday - and he has invited the cute girl who is also good at math and who's father lets them use his awesome workstation-computer after dinner - and she has even said yes - so never mind he hates his school uniform and has again been grounded for wearing the wrong colour of pants (and she found them wow (and it is so sweet how she pronounces dude), so what else matters)...
