MacBook Pro 13.5 Retina Laptop Computer

No matter what I try I can't get this bloody computer to boot. It won't even charge really. I plugged a MagSafe cable into the PC but. I'm just confused. Oh, because it's clipart and not real. Stil doesn't explain the voices. Or does it???
