Tried to recreate the original by filtering only.
There is the factor to generate a "base pattern" which the paint.net plugin was used on, and there are three others regarding the actual filter:
scale of thw fractal noise filter primitives, and a displacement filter's scale.
The problem is, both turbulences and displacements are maxed out.
Meaning, turbulence scale is somewhere at 0,003 scale factor and displacement at 100 px. Sliders cannot be pushed forward, so scaling the whole filter would be necessary for increasing the displacement relative to the fractal noise.
Probably doable with alot of try and error.
