No Smartphone Walking

These days there is a bit of a moral panic in Japan about "walking and using a smartphone" (especially it seems in train stations) and there are signs and announcements about not walking and using a phone. Maybe it's better to encourage awareness of what's around you instead of advocating the unrealistic "no use" policy, but that's just my opinion.
