filter editing jam

Some generic texture overlay filters made with inkscape 0.92. Started out in an attempt to capture the process with sharex. Eventually switched it off around 20 minutes but tweaked the filter a bit further so the result could look "half decent" at least.



Both filters have the same primitives chained, only the parametres are different.
