Hue Color Matrix filter applied 23times consecutively

I tried to recursively apply a hue color matrix filter 23 times in a row in order to avoid defining 23 different filters, but obviously something went terribly wrong. commons.wikimedia cannot display this SVG correctly neither can openclipart.org
