Naughty or Nice

I've always thought the "naughty or nice" list is a rather creepy idea about Santa too. I mean, are we to think Santa knows all? If so, why doesn't he stop terrorists? I mean, I guess they don't get any presents because they were naughty, but I mean, still, gosh Santa, why not stop them too?!? (I couldn't find this clipart on openclipart, so I am offering this here to fill in another gap!)
