Animated Circle Illusion

Center circle does not change size. File contains both SMIL and CSS animations. Default animation is SMIL. Change the .css and .smil styles to change to CSS animation



At present - 01/2019, CSS animation only works in Chrome and Safari because they have added an SVG 2.0 feature where SVG attributes can be animated as well as CSS attributes. Other browsers will probably implement this, so it should work in those browsers at some point
