Animated Clock with JavaScript

Animated clock, sets current time with JavaScript. This animation does mostly what I want, set to current time works only after reset.
Thanks to Jay Nick for his kind input. I managed the reset function without JavaScript, maybe I created a new disadvantage. Good enough for now.
