Sun with Glasses (refix)

Sun with glasses. "Refix" to convert bitmap image to vector with the retro bitmap look preserved. I downloaded (from Openclipart) the original over a year ago. However, I forgot about it and recently "discovered" it on my hard drive.

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of the original creator. If anyone can recognize who it is please post a comment. It looks like NicholasJudy456's art or from his doppelgänger NicholasJudy567. However, searches on Openclipart did not reveal anything.
