Sherlock Holmes drawn in Inkscape for mandarinbanana.com (offline at the time of uploading). If you open the image in Inkscape, you can move the joints around and the limbs will follow. The image may be rendered incorrectly when first opened in Inkscape; in that case, just move the joints to trigger a re-render.

I'm exited to join openclipart, just found out about the project and I think it's amazing! It's a shame that another site which just mirrored the content gets all the fame on the Google results page.
