SH-2F America 243 lifts off USS O'Bannon

A U.S. Navy SH-2F Seasprite helicopter assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron (Light) Thirty Four (HSL-34) Detachment 6, the "Caballeros De La Noche", lifts off the flight deck of the destroyer USS O'Bannon (DD-987) during UNITAS XXXII in the fall of 1991. UNITAS is a joint exercise with Navies from all of South America. The aircraft, Navy BUNO 161907, was assigned the call sign "America 243" for the duration of the exercise.
