Cilantro Love

Cilantro is the leaf of the coriander plant known for its seed used as a spice by the same name. Cilantro is so potent it is advised that pregnant people not eat it as often as when not expecting.

It is easy to grow and reseeds every year. They like a sunny, cool spot in the garden. Let go to seed to harvest the spice coriander.

Coriander is used in curry spice mixes and baked goods.
